O God, Ruler of the Universe,
You make it possible for us to live and work.
Bless the work that I have started and the work that I will do.
Make your presence known in my life and workplace.
Guide me as I meet with others
Open my ears and mind,
That I might hear what others have to say,
That I might learn from them.
Grand me wisdom,
Help me to know when to speak
When to remain silent
And how much to share.
Grant me confidence to communicate effectively
Help me to make my presentation to those at the meeting
And let my words and intent be heard.
Grant me peace when I need it
The ability to hear and interpret the messages of others
And the self control I need to be heard.
