This is the day which the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Loving God,
You make it possible for us to live and work.
Bless the work that I have started and the work that I will do.
Make your presence known in my life and workplace.
At this time, let me remember those with whom I work.
Be with them, guide them, protect them, and let them know your love.
Be with all workers, help them in their daily work.
Reach out to the hearts and minds of employers
Help them to be fair and generous to their employees,
And motivate them to help make the workplace better for all.
Support me when I falter, motivate me to do my best.
Let me build my life and work on a threshhold of prayer.
